Raining in Crawlspace

This beautifully encapsulated crawlspace for a new house is affected by partial knowledge of the builders. Encapsulated crawlspaces are interior spaces. If you leave the HVAC system off in the summer, or worse, just turn it on occasionally, moisture will condense but not be taken away by the cooling system. So, it did actually rain while I was down there. It also needs mold remediation even before occupancy!
