Within a month of each other I filled two spas and tested them. But then I drained them and one leaked into the dining room and the other onto the porch! Just the other day I had completed several hours of an inspection in a big house when all four upstairs smoke detectors went off! If they are hardwired there are several reasonable explanations, absent noticeable smoke or fumes. But if they are not, not so much.
NOTE ALSO THAT THE CREEPY DETECTORS WERE IONIZATION MODELS LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE: NEED TO CHANGE TO PHOTOELECTRIC SO THE SMOKE DOESN'T GET YOU BEFORE THE FLAMES DO!
