This gorgeous coyote greeted my at the top of the attic stairs. His companions included a tom turkey, owl, bear head, and buck. Unfortunately, the attic was an awful place to keep them. Despite the crowding, the fluctuations in temperature and humidity are not good for them. These were nice surprises. The crawlspace had some odd approaches: sealed vents below grade, ducts partially insulated that could gather water, insulation with vapor barrier on the wrong side, steel brackets on copper pipes causing galvanic corrosion.
